Developed by Veterans Affairs Canada in partnership with the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Mental Health Association, this is one of the most credible and comprehensive trauma apps available — and it's completely free. Inside you'll find reliable information on PTSD and effective treatments, a self-assessment tool, distress management tools, crisis support links, and a self-guided safety plan for suicide prevention.
